Hotel Operations, lead by the Hotel Director, is made up multiple departments - Dining Room, Quick Service, Crew Dining, Beverage, Galley, Hotel Stores, Housekeeping, Merchandise, Guest Services, Hotel Administration, and Finance.
This team is responsible for the entire food and beverage operation for guest and crew, food safety and sanitation, food and dry good storage, ensuring the cleanliness of all guest and crew areas, managing all guest needs as well as guest and crew immigration, daily operation of all ship/island retail locations, and managing guest and crew accounting. This team also ensures the United States Public Health (USPH) and Disney standards of cleanliness are maintained.
