The crucial document is an altered Judicial Review notification issued by the High Court?in London which she gave to one of her victims as "proof" that she was actively helping?them to get a working visa (the husband was on a student visa with his wife as a dependant).

For those who are owed money by Ressie Reyes Macaraeg, they will have to register with the Official?Receiver (OR), who administer her while she is bankrupt.
The OR will be will be interested to find who she really owes money to, as well as any assets she has with a view to getting those assets to distribute to the creditors.
As she was made bankrupt 30 Nov 2011, all her financial affairs are subject to control by the OR, which is part of the British government's Insolvency Service.

Playing games with people's lives is something of "fine" art for the demon dentist of Harley Street, Ressie Reyes Macaraeg.
It has now shown to have been taken to a new level with the news just discovered that she was made bankrupt in London at the end of November.
This was only disclosed yesterday in the West London County Court in Hammersmith when one of Macaraeg's victims attended a hearing where Macaraeg was being sued for ?4,000.

The ledger shows payments from Macaraeg's victims covering the period March 2010 to March 2011.
It shows payments of approximately ?1,000,000, with refunds of ?166,000.
