Banco de Oro (BDO) has just released an extremely large list consisting of foreclosed properties, what they call "joint ventures" which appear to be stalled property developments, chattels (mainly industrial equipment as well as two ships) and a lot of cars. Yes that is right, two ships, maritime oil tankers. Of interest to foreigners in the Philippines, there are a lot of condominiums for sale. Contact details are listed within each section.
