Since the mobile phone's innovation, they have been getting smaller, with many more features.
They are also increasingly getting more complicated to use. This leaves the older population at a disadvantage.
Slower, less amenable to change. A couple of manufacturers have attempted to remedy this with simpler phones, larger keys etc.
However, they miss the point. The older ones hark bark to what they knew and were comfortable with.
So now comes what is hoped to be the ultimate remedy.
