Balita Pinoy is opening a new section which will allow the listing of properties & businesses for sale & rent in the Philippines totallly free of charge.

This new section will be innovative in as much as instead of having to go through a third party to get further details, as happens with many "property listings sites", prospective purchasers/renters will be able to get hold of the vendor direct. 

Listings can also have unlimited photos with the listing, including a "virtual tour" - this service is also totally free of charge.

It is also configured in such a way as to give the maximum amount of information to purchasers, such as local transport, location and type of neighborhood. The more information prospective buyers see, the less likelyhood of wasted enquiries will come through as happens when vital information is missing.

LISTINGS ALL GO ON THE RSS SYSTEM

All listings are configured in such a way that they go out to subscribers instantly vis the RSS system directly to their computers

Most so called "free listing" sites only offer a limited amount of information to be available, along with a limitation on photos/images. More info and more photos; pay money to get those extras.

Balita Pinoy's new property listing section allows more photos and information to be available without being charged for the "premium service"

Whether it is a house & lot, lot only, condo or townhouse or any kind of property, it can be listed, including agricultural properties, ranches and fishponds.

Included in this new section will be hotels, resorts and businesses for sale and rental, still totally free of charge.

Agents will also be able to list individual properties for sale, (the promotion of developments as a whole will not be permitted free in the free section).

Also, unlike all the other property listing sites, Balita Pinoy does not make those listing register first; all you do is list your details and submit.
