It is come to notice that the area where it is being held is a pretty rough one, not as bad as Tondo, but still pretty nasty.
The advice is to use your commonsense, and be aware of personal safety.
Do not wear jewelry, walk about with expensive I Phones glued to your ear or have designer label handbags (even if they are fake) on show.
Try to go in a group rather than singly.
This advice has come fom John Ferris and Don Brennock, both who know the area well.
